Ten pipe plants of the POLYPLASTIC Group located in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, have the overall capacity of 180 thousand tons per year and produce pressure water and gas PE pipes from 10 mm to 1200 mm in diameter, as well as structured twin-wall CORSYS® pipes from 110 mm to 1200 mm in diameter for non-pressure sewer and rainwater systems.

A comprehensive range of pipe fittings and accessories of the in-house fabrication and from the leading European producers is always available from the warehouses (more than 10 000 m2 of floor space) of the Central and Regional Fitting-Centers, as well as a wide variety of PE welding equipment.

All goods are made of the top quality certified domestic and imported PE 80 and PE 100 pipe grades. Their quality control in provided by the plants’ test laboratories under the supervision of the Group’s R&D Centre. Reliability of the Quality Management System is confirmed by the ISO 9001 accreditation.

The central and regional Trade Houses united under the brand-name «Modern Pipe Systems» (the Russian abbreviation – CTC) as well as the authorized agent companies are always there with our customers. The Group’s trucking service with a fleet of special transport vehicles delivers the goods throughout Russia and the CIS countries. Work teams of a Service Center for the PE welding machines as well as of a Training Unit, which provides training and technical services to the customers, among other things render a comprehensive assistance in installation and maintenance of plastic pipelines.

The near-term plans of the POLYPLASTIC Group include launching production of PE pipes up to 4000 mm in diameter, including reinforced pressure pipes, and expansion of pipe production capacity to 240 thousand tons per year.
