Gas distribution systems

POLYPLASTIC Group produces PE pipes for gas pipelines to TU 22.21.21-059-73011750-2018 and in compliance with GOST R 50838-2009 and EN 1555-2:2010. Large diameter PE 100 pipes are produced to TU 22.21.21-059-73011750-2018. Fittings for PE pipes comply with GOST R 52779-2007 (ISO 8085-2:2001, ISO 8085-3:2001) and EN 1555-3:2010.

All products are certified and supplied with complete package of documents, including quality certificate, compliance certificate and certificate of compliance with industrial safety requirements.

The pipes are supplied with end cups to prevent contamination and moisture.

PE pipes with the wall thickness no less than 5 mm are joined by butt fusion or electrofusion welding. If the pipe wall is less than 5 mm you can only use electrofusion welding.
