Pipeline systems for cable protection

Cables installation inside the pipes allows application of less expensive cable products and undertake replacement of cables during operation with reduced costs.

In 2014, GOST R IEC 61386-2014 “Conduit systems for cable management. General requirements” and GOST R IEC 61386.24-2014 “Conduit systems for cable management. Conduit systems buried underground” regulating production of pipe produce for protection and installation of insulated wiring and/or cables for electric or telecom facilities, were introduced.

ELECTROCOR pipe series

Single or two-layer, flexible or stiff polymer composite pipes with inner solid wall and corrugated outer layer in red.

Recommended application: pipelines systems for protection of cables, electrical wires (low current, low voltage power), telecom and signal cables, control cables from mechanical impact and aggressive environment. When using ELECTROCOR and ELECTROCOR PRO pipes you don’t need additional safety measures (according to GOST R IEC 61386.24-2014).

ELECTROPIPE S pipes

A distinctive feature of this type of pipes is easy and quick installation thanks to socket connection (connecting couplers and welding equipment is not required).

ELECTROPIPE plastic halogen free solid-wall pipes do not emit harmful substances while burning, have improved operating characteristics for protecting insulated electrical wires and /or cables from mechanical impact and aggressive environment at maximum transport load.

Outer red layer (makes 10% of wall thickness) simplifies:

• visual control of allowable cable pipe damage;

• Network identification.

PE cable manholes KKSP-PRO

PE manholes provide reliable mechanical protection of electric and cable lines from precipitation and temperature change. All manholes go through compulsory integrity testing. Custom made manholes are available upon request.

Recommended application: cable pipelining (low voltage and power systems) at various transport loads.

Manholes design depends on the conditions of cable pipeline installation and determined by the project. If necessary the shaft of the manhole can be produced with additional inner protective layer. Each manhole come with a drawing agreed with the customer.
