The main advantage of an assembly well is the possibility of assembling on the site due to the light weight of components and universality of structures.

The main part of the assembly well with diameter of 400 mm

Thanks to a variety of possible tops (cast iron manholes, medium (12.5 m) and heavy (40 tons), plastic covers), a system of KORSIS 400 mm wells provides a wide range of applications — both in green areas and in areas with a high class of load.

A cast iron manhole with telescopic extension and adapter, medium load class (12.5 t) made of cast iron, comes with telescopic headpiece and plastic adapter for a tight connection to the well pit. It is used in pedestrian and parking areas. Available with water intake grille, allowing you to adjust the height of the well up to 500 mm.

A cast iron manhole with telescopic extension and adapter, heavy load class (40 tons) made of cast iron, comes with telescopic headpiece and plastic adapter for a tight connection to the well pit. It is used in areas of high load. Available with water intake grille, a allowing you to adjust the height of the well up to 500 mm. The polymer adapter is a rigid «collar» that serves as the connecting part of the telescopic extension to the well pit. The design of the adapter provides guaranteed tightness and durability, and ease of installation (Fig. 1). The slope of well telescopic parts relative to the pit is allowed (up to 7 °) (photo 5).

Well pit is made from KORSIS pipe DN / OD 400 mm (internal diameter 343 mm) SN8, which connects to the tray with a 400 mm sealing ring. The Polypropylene tray is available in two configurations: straightflow (photo 7) and cross-shaped (photo 8), with the possibility of connecting both smooth and corrugated pipes.

Possible connection diameters: 110, 160, 200, 250 and 315 mm. Unused pipe branches can be plugged (photos 28, 29, 30).

The main parts of assembly well with diameter of 630-800 mm

Assembly wells with a diameter of 630-800 mm consist of universal elements: well pit (KORSIS pipe) and tray. The well pit is made from KORSIS pipe DN / OD 630 or 800 mm (inner diameter 535 and 678 mm) SN8, which connects to the tray with a sealing cup.
A multi-purpose tray is used when constructing the wells with a pit diameter of 630 or 800 mm (Photo 12). For convenient pipeline mounting preparations marks are printed on the trays which define the size of the hole. The pipe is attached to the tray by a sealing cup. The 630-800 mm tray is signed to connect pipes with a diameter of from 160 to 400 mm, inclusively.

The main parts of assembly well with diameter of 1000-1200 mm

Assembly manholes 1000-1200 mm consist of universal elements: neck, well pit (made of KORSIS pipe) and tray. The neck acts as a tapered transition from the 1000 or 1200 to 620 mm, which simplifies the arrangement of the upper parts of the well and slabs (photo 13, 14). The neck is connected to the well pit by an O-ring.

The well pit is made from KORSIS pipe DN / OD 1000 or 1200 mm (inner diameter 851 and 1030 mm respectively SN8), which connects to the tray by a sealing cup. The multi-purpose tray is used when constructing wells with a pit diameter of 1000 or 1200 mm (photo 15). For convenient pipeline mounting preparation marks are printed on the trays which define the size of the hole. The pipe is attached to the tray by a sealing cup. A 1000-1200 mm tray is designed for connecting pipes with diameters ranging from 250 to 500 mm inclusively.
