HDPE pipes for water supply are intended for construction of water transportation pipelines, including drinking water, at temperatures from 0 to 40 ° C, in accordance with regulatory SNIP 3.05.04-85 «Outside water supply networks and sewage.»

PE water pipe installation technology

Installation of polyethylene water pipes is carried out by butt fusion or by electrofusion fittings. In some cases flanges are used.
Butt fusion is a quite complicated process, requiring highly skilled personnel and high quality equipment. Using electrofusion fittings is particularly effective when long segments of polyethylene pipes (diameters 20-110 mm) are used.
